I suffered even getting out of bed. Nomads fitness help me recover. They gave me stretches and workouts that helped me recover from a herniated disk. They worked with me three days a week. It was easy getting a time that worked for me to help me recover.


Now I continue to go to stay strong and get stronger. The trainers are fun and creative in their workout. From boxing to cardio to a little dancing to relax. There’s even sports massages. All so I can stay in shape and get stronger.

Shout outs to my trainer who rocks Ibrahim!!!!!! Who's always there to show me new workouts and correct my forms.
